Old my newest film camera is a Nikon F2A 1977. That's old, but I have it cleaned and oiled every 10 years whether it needs it or not. LOL Nice shot enjoy pjc
Yes, I was laughing to myself as I wrote the word "old". Ya. I have a Brownie Hawkeye, a crank Polaroid and several from the 50s. I think my newest film camera is from 1987. My brother had the f2a, but he was as hard on cameras as he was shoes.
By the way, I love the self-portrait on your profile.

Heh, I caught myself staring at this picture the other day and now I keep wandering back to it when I'm idle. Good stuff...*steals a copy*
ReplyDelete@Lucidious-Thanks. *Grinning*
ReplyDeleteIt's actually the first photo I ever had published (about 2 years ago).
Beautifully done. I wonder if there will be an "old school digital" following in the future, like the Holga's have now.
ReplyDeleteMy oldest camera is a 1949 YashicaMat 124G, and I have a late 50's Pentacon 6 too. They don't see much of a workout these days though. :(
Nice. I have an 1940s Argus I want to try out soon.
